Yes, the necklace says Messy.

Parents of great kids, pat yourself on the fucking back. This is the energy I am starting off 2024 with. The revelry of knowing my kids are amazing and that I had a hand in that. I. Did. That. I guided my oldest into adulthood with love and encouragement and a sense of hope. I raised my middle kid to be so fearlessly herself that she came out as trans to her entire class during sex ed. I remind my youngest that he is smart, hilarious, sweet, and adored by me just as if he came from me. It’s a job no parent can do alone and we fail at it all the time because we’re human but it’s also the hardest job in the world to raise good human beings. If you’re doing it, know you’re awesome. Know how big a deal it is.
